Veteran’s support
Those who served in our Armed Forces gave the best years of their lives to Ukraine and have the right to be proud of their contribution to our peaceful civilian life.
But for many veterans, the struggle is still ongoing.
Now we must fulfill our duty as a nation to support all those who have worked so hard to keep us safe and able to hug our loved ones, but are now suffering the consequences of war.
The brutal reality is that the mental health support for veterans led by the Ministry of Health is not enough to meet the demand now, and it is doubtful that it will be enough after the war is over. The need for veterans’ mental health services in our country is growing rapidly, requiring more funding, and we now urge the nation and the public to play their part in bolstering mental health for those who have served this country.
Without the support of charities and NGOs like MedPsy, many veterans will be left to decline until it is too late. By providing financial support or raising funds, you will save the health of veterans and their families.

Statistics show that 1/3 of veterans never seek help.
That’s why the MedPsy Foundation works closely with veterans to better understand their needs, find ways to recover from trauma, and constantly improve our best practices in mental health recovery. Our proven, specialised treatment can be life-changing, helping veterans deal with the past and build a future.
